Puff’s Five-Ten Follow-up: Puff’s Final Review of the JOYE510 E-cigarette Atomizer
So, a few weeks back Puff got curious about 3-piece e-cigarette models. As y’all know I started with and still love the 2-piece KR808D-1 e-cigarette, and personally choose KR8 compatible batteries and cartomizers. But not everyone uses KR808D-1s, of course, and 3-piece models are (perhaps) in wider overall use. I’m guessing there, and I suspect that two piece models will soon overtake them if they haven’t already. Lots of the… crappier… e-cig companies push 3-piece models though, so who knows. (I’m not talking about 901/510 vendors when I say that, I mean the “free trial” type companies.)
I tried the DSE901 e-cigarette atomizer first, mainly cause… it arrived in the mail first. Also because the threading on it is compatible with the KR808D-1 threading. You can see my thoughts on that model [here] and [here]. ) If you want to cut to the chase, I… didn’t like it much.
–Yes, it makes a lot of vapor. Not that much more than cartos, considering my vaping style and using the same juice, tbh; but apparently I am particularly adept at producing vapor. Must be all that hot air my head is full of.
 But seriously, if big huge clouds of vapor are of primary importance to you, the 510 is fun to play with.
–Cold vapor nearly sickens me. Okay, it’s probably not ‘cold’ but it’s noticeably much cooler than cartos or even the DSE901 e-cigarette. I find it distinctly unpleasant. I said the 901 was like sucking on a damp wash cloth, but I should have saved that description for the 510. Vapor temperature preference, I’d imagine, is personal. Not really...
